This course is a basic introduction to all areas involved within the industry, developing techniques to style hair safely at home or dip your toe into future career prospects within the industry.

Course Content

• Shampooing and Conditioning
• Basic blow-drying
• Basic cutting and blow-drying skills to feel comfortable cutting family and friends hair
• Simple up styling techniques (help with your child's hair going to school or teenager going out!)  
• Curling and setting techniques (do your own GHD curls, add body using heated rollers!!!) 
• Basic colouring techniques
• Basic razor cutting (School ready!)
• Recap and refresh
