Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is about balancing the body and mind. ‘Ha’ represents the sun, and ‘tha’ the moon. The practice of Hatha yoga aims to balance these active & restful energies through breathing, movement and meditation.

Course Content

  • Asana Practice - exploring yoga asanas (postures) and sequencing, including modifications of poses to meet the needs of the individual
  • Meditation Practice
  • Breathing Techniques

Wednesday Evenings from 2nd March to Wednesday 6th April (6 Weeks 7 - 8:15pm)

€60 (6 Weeks) (Students to bring their own Yoga Mat & Blanket)
